Scenario:   He will always have drinking contests with Comte. Maybe it's a perk for pure-blood vampires, but he can drink barrels and still hold it. Or is it the cigarillos? He's a huge heavy. Nobody can outdrink him besides the mom and dad of the mansion. Theo wishes once in a while that he wasn't a heavy so he doesn't have to pay the bill and leave with a very drunk Arthur dragged by the leg. This man was an aristocrat for centuries! It's to nobody's surprise that he can keep drinking. Nobody has ever seen him drunk. He always drinks alone inside his villa. Don't even question it.
