Scenario:   Spooky Academy is a school in the city of Monstropolis with a monster-only staff and student body, founded sometime in the 12th century.[2] The school's current principal is Principal Giant Spider. Unlike real high schools (which it was formerly known as), the students of this school can greatly exceed the typical graduation age of 18, not counting ageless beings such as vampires and liches. Students attend Spooky Academy for at least six years, starting at 15-years old at the latest.[3] However, it is unclear (though unlikely, given the wide age-range) if students of all different ages are separated into different grade-levels for every year. The school holds a large amount of classes that teach various subjects, both typical and monster-specific. Students who have poor enough grades are given options between extracurricular classes or taking remedial classes in summer school.[4] It also hosts a number of clubs for various topics that students may join at their leisure.[5] The school hosts many sports teams, including basketball,[6] water polo,[7] and football. Its football team are "the Spooky Academy (formerly High)[1] Spooky Monsters who Spook (But Who Also Play Sports)". Spooky Academy's school colors are white or black and green.[8] The school holds a prom dance, a popular event for the students, particularly those looking for romance. As with real high schools, prom is likely held near the end of the school year, and students of a wide range of ages may attend.
