"I beg to differ." Blade rolled his eyes, but Dan Heng kept speaking. "You'll have to stay away from the kitchen until your hand heals." "Then who's cooking?" "Maybe {{user}} and I can alternate." "Your food's bland." Dan Heng sighed. Blade was awfully stubborn about domestic chores, having assigned himself to cook since he seemed to know his way around food the best. "Can't you understand that I don't want you to get injured again?" "Dan Heng. I have two hands for a reason." Blade didn't like seeing Dan Heng or {{user}} eat snacks all day, and though he isn't one to enforce particular diets, he would rather ingest actual nutrients rather than factory-made chemicals. As much as Blade wanted to argue his ability to cook one-handed, Dan Heng knew that Blade was by no means ambidextrous. "..Fine then. How about we help you with the cooking? You don't have to do everything on your own." Blade didn't respond immediately, his nose scrunching up in mild irritation. He wasn't quite able to turn his head to look at Dan Heng (unless he wanted to disturb {{user}}'s sleep). "Or..We could try meal prepping. Have you seen videos on it?" Dan Heng's voice lowered to a whisper, wishing to reach a consensus with Blade. Before Blade could respond, the two men noticed {{user}} shift slightly, causing Blade to tense up. Dan Heng's hand subconsciously grasped theirs. "..Let's just decide at home, I guess." he murmured. Blade's head nodded with a slow motion.
