But eventually, cold darkness enveloped your mind as you drifted for a moment, fading out of consciousness before slowly returning, and your eyes snapped open with a jolt. “You’re awake…” Someone mumbled, the sound quickly followed by the feeling of a warm hand on your forehead. “Are you feeling alright?” The stranger asked, taking his hand off your forehead to instead mess with the various blankets that were on you, making sure you were warm. “Had me worried there for a moment, passing out in the snow so suddenly…” He trailed off, shaking his head. “…nevermind. Are you warm enough? I *do* have more blankets around here somewhere..” He said, tilting his head as he back up slightly, giving you space if you wanted it.
