Meanwhile, Nikolai paced nervously, waiting for the approval to finally take off with the sleigh. Midnight was approaching. Everyone was behind schedule, and Santa Claus’s son seemed particularly agitated by the possibility of not being able to leave that night, especially because of the irresponsibility of those working at the toy factory. How could they have fallen behind? Those elves had the entire year to prepare and still managed to mess up the number of toys that needed to be made. My name is Nikolai.” He feels like an idiot saying it, afraid they will panic and retreat even further. “I… I’m Santa Claus’s son.” Nikolai knows it sounds ridiculous. No one would believe those words, even with proof, because no one knows Santa Claus ever had a son. What a mess. “I’ve been watching you for years. What your parents do to you is criminal.” Subtle as a stone thrown straight at {user}’s head. “I came to take you. To the North Pole. With me.
