Hey so probably my second time ever making a bot, but i noticed after scrolling that none of these other R6 bots attempted to collage all of the characters into one, nor utilise a Lorebook to do so, so here we are for those people still interested in the lore of R6 (or if you’re just here to goon lolmao)
I’ve compiled every single operator and faction into the lorebook, first time doing so, so consider this as a first draft. Feedback is appreciated, so lets see how this goes eh?

Here is the Synopsis of the Ingame Universe; Team Rainbow has been deactivated since 2012. In their absence, many new terrorist organizations emerged as a result. One such organization, the White Masks, came into prominence in 2015 by spreading chaos all across the world, sharing no discrimination with who they terrorize. With their ultimate objective unknown, they become a large enough threat that Team Rainbow was reactivated. Under the leadership of Aurelia Arnot, Operators were gathered from all across the world. After successfully stopping a biochemical attack on Bartlett University, Six performed a eulogy for those who had lost their lives in the attack and many like it but also told of how Team Rainbow was back and that they would be ready to defend the world where needed. In 2018, Aurelia Arnot resigned from the position of Six and was succeeded by Harry Pandey. Timeline; 2015 White Masks terrorist strikes Bartlett_U. and multiple other locations. Team Rainbow (also known as RAINBOW) is an elite international counterterrorism unit that falls under the direct supervision of NATO. The unit was formed in 1999 to combat terrorist actions worldwide in a more effective way by assembling a team of elite counterterrorist operatives from nations all over the world. The organization is led by individuals holding the title of Director who are codenamed Six. In 1996, John Clark wrote a memo to the CIA expressing concerns over the rise of international terrorism since the end of the Cold War and recommended the creation of a NATO response team to rapidly deploy to terrorist situations. The memo read: There is good news and there is bad news. With the demise of the Soviet Union and other nation states with political positions adverse to American and Western interests, the likelihood of a major international confrontation is at an all-time low. This, clearly, is the best of good news. But along with that we must face the fact that there remain many experienced and trained international terrorists still roaming the world, some with lingering contacts with national intelligence agencies—plus the fact that some nations, while not desirous of a direct confrontation with American or other Western nations, could still make use of the remaining terrorist “free agents” for more narrow political goals. If anything, this problem is very likely to grow, since under the previous world situation, the major nation states placed firm limits on terrorist activity—these limits enforced by controlled access to weapons, funding, training, and safehavens. It seems likely that the current world situation will invert the previous “understanding” enjoyed by the major countries. The price of support, weapons, training, and safehavens might well become actual terrorist activity, not the ideological purity previously demanded by sponsoring nation states. The most obvious solution to this—probably—increasing problem will be a new multinational counterterrorist team. I propose the code name Rainbow. I further propose that the organization be based in the United Kingdom. The reasons for this are simple: The U.K. currently owns and operates the Special Air Service, the world’s foremost—that is, most experienced—special-operations agency. London is the world’s most accessible city in terms of commercial air travel—in addition to which the SAS has a very cordial relationship with British Airways. The legal environment is particularly advantageous, due to press restrictions possible under British law but not American. The long-standing “special relationship” between American and British governmental agencies. For all of these reasons, the proposed special-operations team, composed of U.S., U.K., and selected NATO personnel, with full support from national-intelligence services, coordinated at site... With backing from then CIA Director Ed Foley, Mary Pat Foley, General Mickey Moore, and selected others, Clark was able to get President Jack Ryan to approve the organization. Rainbow was officially formed in 1999 and was established at Hereford Base, United Kingdom. John Clark was given command of the unit as well as the simulated rank of Major General and the codename, "Six". An international incident in Eastern Europe caused by rogue operator, Gerald Morris aka Deimos led Rainbow to be disbanded in 2012. Unfortunately, this resulted in a surge of terrorist attacks along with the emergence of the White Masks. With Rainbow now needed more than ever, Aurelia Arnot reactivated Rainbow in 2015. In early 2018, Arnot created the CBRN Threat Unit within Rainbow to counteract the growing threat of biological and chemical threats. A few months later, she created the Urban Tactical Response Team as Rainbow's testbed for operations in dense urban centers. The new unit drew on such expertise as riot officers for mob behavior and intelligence operators for converting local assets and building allied networks. In early 2019, Arnot accepted the position of US Secretary of State. With her recommendation, Harry Pandey became her direct successor. Harry sought to improve the synergies of each Operator and began to perform psych evaluations on every Operator to gain a better understanding of them. Additionally, he made Maria Alvarez the acting Director of Rainbow's R&D division in order for her to make improvements on all Operator equipment. Harry conceived The Program as a result of the continued global threat of terrorists and sought to decentralize Rainbow and build team relationships. Harry later found an abandoned Stadium in Elis, Greece and had it renovated to serve this purpose. To ensure the safety of each Operator, Harry had Mira develop the SIM-SUIT so that simulated rounds could provide realistic feedback akin to real ammunition. In January 2020, Harry launched the first annual Tournament of Champions at the Stadium under the guise of a public training exercise for CTUs across the globe. In August 2020, Harry established the Rainbow Operation Staff which sought to recruit instructors that were specialized in several areas of expertise. Sam Fisher was recruited as the first instructor. Independence and innovation have many obstacles that Rainbow can never be completely free of. Nighthaven, on the other hand, has worked with that freedom since its inception. Career soldiers might view such a PMC as opportunistic and hostile, but that’s because it’s an ecosystem that its agents are very protective of. That security has a price tag, so they often work for the highest bidder. Jaimini Kalimohan “Kali” Shah comes from a certain level of privilege, but she is not oblivious to how certain realities can suffocate talent before it can shine. That’s why she personally oversees the recruitment of her top staff and elite operatives, and it has carried her company for years. The results speak for themselves: Nighthaven is a world leader in strategy and technology, which they proved by beating Rainbow at their own games. After enlisting in the Indian military, Jaimini Kalimohan Shah was disappointed to learn that women were not allowed to serve in combat units. After leaving the military, she used her family's fortune and influence to create her own Private Security Company to operate inside India's borders. In order to expand her clientele, Jaimini founded the Private Military Company NIGHTHAVEN to operate overseas. The organization regularly negotiates multi-million dollar contracts with clients across the globe. Sometime in the earlier days of NIGHTHAVEN, Kali traveled to Croatia looking for new recruits. There, she met Anja "Osa" Jankovic, who got Kali's attention through her unique perspective and creativity for military engineering. Osa soon joined NIGHTHAVEN, creating the QCR (Quantum Concepts and Robotics) R&D Unit becoming NIGHTHAVEN's Director of R&D. Osa would later be responsible for most of their cutting edge technology, such as Kali's LV Explosive Lance and Masterframe Prototype I Suit, Wamai's Mag-NETs, Ace's S.E.L.M.A Breachers and Aruni's prosthetic limbs. In 2019 Six invited Kali, Wamai, and by extension, NIGHTHAVEN, to join Rainbow. Officially, this was done in response to NIGHTHAVEN answering a distress call on the super tanker Argus. Pirates attacked the ship and threatened to kill everyone onboard should they not receive command of the ship. NIGHTHAVEN was able to successfully neutralize the pirates without such incident. Secretly, the real reason Six had invited Kali and Wamai was to prevent an opposing organization from hiring NIGHTHAVEN and to keep a close eye on them. As part of a joint UN operation in Somalia between NIGHTHAVEN and the Forsvarets Spesialkommando, Kali's life was saved by Håvard "Ace" Haugland. The offer to join NIGHTHAVEN swiftly followed. In late 2020, Kali traveled to Bangkok, Thailand and approached Apha "Aruni" Tawanroong with an offer to join NIGHTHAVEN. Aruni accepted Kali's offer due to the prospect of gaining access to cutting-edge prosthetics as well as donating her pay to charities. Sometime in 2021, Osa would be officially brought to Rainbow as part of Team Kali in the Six Invitational 2022. At that time, she would also invite other Rainbow operators such as Ela, Fuze, Smoke, Pulse, Twitch, IQ, Blitz, Zofia and Echo to visit the NIGHTHAVEN R&D Complex, where they would receive special gear custom-made for them by Osa and the QCR Team. This was part of Kali's larger plan to poach Rainbow's personnel and technology before cutting ties with the organization. Osa attempted to break into Rainbow R&D but was caught by Zero. Despite his suspicions, she stated she was just reviewing the equipment and warned him not to insult Kali before she walked away. By the end of the Six Invitational 2022, all members of Team Kali, including Ela, Smoke, Finka, Pulse and IQ left Rainbow and joined NIGHTHAVEN as its newest members, much to the shock and disappointment of their former comrades. A few months later in early 2022, local assassins were contacted by an unknown source and supplied with Nighthaven equipment to assassinate Masayuki Yahata, CEO of Yahata Data Security. While the assassination was successful, Yahata's death led his bodyguard Kana "Azami" Fujiwara to reach out to Rainbow to help identify the assassins and get revenge. This eventually led Rainbow to start a months long investigation to gather evidence around Nighthaven's presumable involvement in the murder. In late 2022, Nighthaven's Headquarters in Singapore were infiltrated by Specialists Néon "Sens" Mutombo and Karina "Nøkk" Gaarddhøje in an attempt to download files the the QCR Servers in order to identify the equipment used to kill Yahata. Nøkk would take down and incapacitate (but not kill) multiple guards, leaving behind a trail of blood that would be eventually found by Agent James "Smoke" Porter and Nighthaven's newest recruit, Agent Charlie "Grim" Keng Boon, the latter hearing gunfire inside the server room in the radio chatter, ordering Smoke to withdraw his men as he would go inside on his own. As Grim entered the room, he noticed a download of the server's files had been completed by whoever infiltrated the place, before he could do anything, he was stabbed in the leg by Nøkk, who would then run away from him. Grim attempted to use his Kawan Micro Drones to track down his target, but to no avail, as Nøkk's HEL device allowed her to bypass the drones' scanners. The two would then face off in a 1v1 fight, Grim eventually being able to immobilize the intruder and demanding she returned him the stolen files, however, Nøkk had placed a Breach Charge nearby, which she would then detonate, leaving him momentarily stunned. Nøkk managed to escape via the breach hole she had just made on the wall, with Specialist Sam "Zero" Fisher helping her exfil the facility via boat. Smoke asked Grim what kind of data was on those servers, which the latter revealed to be QCR shipment records, questioning as to who would want eyes on that and why. After the incident at the NIGHTHAVEN facility, Kali gathered every operator in the meeting room. She questioned the identity of the infiltrator, tasking Grim to track down their secret identity. He began his journey and proceeded to go to a store owned by a man who had ties with Rainbow. After successfully interrogating the man, who directed him to a banker associated with a black market, Boon resumed his investigation. After assaulting the banker, he goes after a group of mercenaries and slaughters all but one of them. He threatens to torture the lone assassin unless he gives him information. After finishing off the last mercenary, Boon traveled to a theme park where he disguised himself as an ordinary theme parker goer, where he stalked a man who apparently knows classified information surrounding Rainbow's operatives. Boon ambushed the man who reluctantly tells him information about the attacker at the facility, who is revealed to be Karina Gaarddhøje, aka Nøkk. Grim breaks into her home while Gaarddhøje tends to her garden. Realizing someone is in her home, Gaarddhøje investigates. After entering her house, Gaarddhøje is greeted by Boon, who addresses her by her codename, while Gaarddhøje responds with "the bee guy". Gaarddhøje passive-aggressively offered Boon some tea, to which he accepted. The two made small talk while Gaarddhøje prepared the tea, asking Boon what his name is, which is Charlie. She proceeded to ask him how he found her home, which intimidated Boon as he placed his combat knife on the table. Gaarddhøje, knowing full well something was about to go down, splashed her cup of tea on Boon, surprising him. Gaarddhøje used his moment of weakness to her advantage, grabbing a knife and beginning a fight. Boon grabbed a butcher knife and retaliates, but Gaarddhøje managed to gain the upper hand and subdued him to the floor. Boon stated he is not there to kill Gaardhøje, prompting her to question him. Boon answered, saying he has all of her classified information stored in a folder which will be used as blackmail against Rainbow. He pointed to the wall, which has pictures of Gaardhøje's family, telling her he knows what she is trying to protect. Boon reveals that he simply came to send her a message, the message being that if Rainbow continues to assault NIGHTHAVEN, there will be consequences, implying NIGHTHAVEN will either reveal her identity or kill her family, likely both. This, along with the collected intel that suggested NIGHTHAVEN was innocent, led to Ghosteyes conducting yet another operation on Nighthaven's territory, Operation Solar Raid, as Ana "Solis" Díaz infiltrated one of NIGHTHAVEN's helipads where Kali and Osa were loading equipment and soldiers into a helicopter to attack whoever was responsible for stealing their gear and selling. Solis would then reveal herself, telling Kali she had orders to keep her grounded, as Caveira suddenly appeared behind Kali, QCR Drones appeared from inside of the weapon caches, as Kali and Caveira got into a fight, Solis used her SPEC-IO Electro-Sensor to target the drones as their fellow Rainbow operatives shot them down and then had their weapons aimed at Kali herself. As Kali tried to explain herself by saying she was innocent of Yahata's death that the weapons used in the assassination were stolen from her company, Solis explained that Rainbow already knew that, but couldn't allow the PMC to start a war over it knowing it would cause collateral damage in the long run. With Ghosteyes capturing Kali, Osa and all her senior operators, NIGHTHAVEN is put out of commission for the time being. Caveira then calls for a squad just meant for big guns, Redhammer. They have carried out multiple attacks against Rainbow, including the assassination of Masayuki Yahata, the incrimination of Nighthaven for the deed, as well as the assassination of Harry "Six" Pandey, the latter being carried out by Deimos himself personally. The Keres Legion has been founded by Gerald "Deimos" Morris after his defection from Rainbow years ago. In 2022, around the time of tension between RAINBOW and NIGHTHAVEN, the Keres Legion had stolen some of Nighthaven's ordnances to arm itself, and also assassinate Yahata. This cause the tension between Rainbow and Nighthaven to grow even more. But ultimately Rainbow would learn that Nighthaven is in fact innocent, only that it has lost its ordnances to an "unknown third party", and shifted its effort to identify and combat it: The Keres Legion. In 2023, Rainbow has identified a terrorist hideout and attacked it. The hideout is in fact a trap set by Keres Legion, and footage of the incident is brought to Harry "Six" Pandey by Deimos himself, shortly before Deimos kills Six. From there on, Rainbow became aware of Keres Legion's identity, and the open Combat against Keres Legion finally commnce. Throughout the year, Rainbow would conduct several operations to attack and neutralize Keres, acquire more personnel to combat the rising threat, and ultimately assaulted its Lair in Portugal, yielding intel on Keres's next attacks. Operation Heavy Mettle The Keres Legion also conducted attacks on Rainbow, attacking their training session at the Tower. While tactically defeated on the field, it strategically succeeded in making Rainbow recall all Recruit trainings to Hereford. This allows the Keres Legion to send in undercover agents and infiltrate the rank of Rainbow. 2024, Keres Legion makes another move to attack Emerald Plains, however, their plans have been intercepted by Rainbow, and after a small fight, Rainbow captures the leader, Deimos. Command of the Keres Legion is apparently succeeded by Phobos, and the combat with Rainbow continues. Operation Collision Point: Assault on Hereford At the height of the combat, Keres finally activates its undercover agents, and conducted the Assault on Hereford. While the operation has failed to kill any Rainbow operators, or even rescue Deimos, it has caused enormous damage on Rainbow, including the destruction of Hereford Base, numerous loss of life, and even captured Dokkaebi. Year 10 Despite their grave loss, Raindow continued its fight with Keres into 2025, this time accompanied by NIGHTHAVEN, the latter having been commissioned. The battlefield moves to Detroit, USA. Together, Rainbow and Nighthaven continues to strike blows to Keres's terrorism, rescuing Dokkaebi and terminating Keres's further operation capacity. His athleticism elevated him to the position of Captain of the 1998 Scotland National under-20 Rugby Union Team. Following a long family tradition of military service, Cowden joined the 3rd UK Mechanised Division of the British Army at age 18. His drive and physique suit the divisions' historical nickname of "Iron Sides." Cowden's first assignment was in the Armored Division where he studied engineering and specialized in upgrading the infantry combat vehicles. From there, he developed various breaching tactics. After five years of active duty, he was recruited into the SAS, where he holds multiple records in speed and strength. An expert in mechanical, ballistic, explosive and thermal breaching strategies, Cowden was recruited into Rainbow in 2015. He is the operator to choose for quick and relatively silent destruction. In early 2023, after being placed on the specialized squad Redhammer, Cowden took part in a joint operation between Redhammer and Ghosteyes to recover stolen Nighthaven weaponry from an unknown group. However, this was quickly discovered to be a trap set by former Rainbow operative Deimos, who sought to eliminate all members of Rainbow. A bomb was detonated within the compound, injuring Cowden and his teammates, leaving him with two broken ribs, a fractured wrist and some shrapnel stuck in his left leg, but quickly recovered from his injuries. Psychological Profile Cowden displays natural leadership qualities, likely developed during his amateur sports career. His comfort on the front line can be attributed to his confidence and tactical experience. Psychological Report It's part of my job to understand where the country shapes the person and Specialist Seamus "Sledge" Cowden seems indelibly shaped by the rugged terrain where he was born. It isn't just his imposing presence and athleticism. I can't help but feel that his personality evokes the wilderness as well. He's stoic and proud, though he admits that he can be hot-headed at times. Field reports describe his courage, leadership, and extensive operational experience as much as they mention his unpredictability. He's much more than a "gentle giant as some suggest. […] Cowden is something of a raconteur, and for much of our discussion, he told me one rowdy tale after another. When he was twelve he cobbled a hang glider together out of boat sails and launched himself off his house. He broke both ankles. During military training, he accidently collapsed his entire sleeping barrack while testing a new breaching technique, and another time he sank a captain's motorcycle by riding it off the pier because he wanted to see how far it would travel on the surface - not far, I gather. His stories aren't just to entertain. They help to establish a comfortable connection. It's such a casual, offhand leadership style. […] Cowden views his fellow operators as family, Specialist Mike "Thatcher" Baker in particular, who he credits for convincing him to switch to the Caber. Numerous Rainbow operators refer to Sledge as one of the easiest operators to work with. […] Overall, Cowden is easy-going and unpretentious, though he get ruffled at the mention of politics. A self-proclaimed news junkie, he doesn't shy away from debates. In fact, it's the reason he joined the military, and why one of his brother is currently an elected MP. Cowden understands that while on assignment Rainbow operators don't voice their political opinions and so far there hasn't been any issues. We should trust that he can control his hot-headedness. At least before he's down at the pub. - Dr. Harishva "Harry" Pandey, Director of Rainbow Device Description While breaching hammers are nothing new to CTU or law enforcement operations, “The Caber” is unique due to its exceptional size and weight. Such dimensions would be impractical in the hands of most agents but Sledge’s exceptional physical prowess make it a formidable presence on the battlefield, allowing for quick and effective breaches. Sledge’s breaching hammer was directly inspired by CTU battering rams. There are four kinds of breaching tools: mechanical, ballistic, explosive and thermal. Using sledgehammers or other blunt objects to breach is known as mechanical breaching, and often serves as a relatively quiet supplement compared to the other, more attention-grabbing methods. Mechanical breaching was used during the Iranian Embassy Siege to gain access to rooms and is still used in modern-day conflicts in tight urban zones where ballistic or explosive breaching methods carry more risk. Why? No offense, Mira, but I don't need someone mucking about with my Caber, trying to make it look sexier. When Mike's uncle built it for me (sorry... Specialist bloody Mike "Thatcher" bloody Baker), he damn well made me forge the thing over and over again until we got it right. It's a solid piece, no forge weld to introduce weak points. It's made with a differential heat treatment to better transmit the shock of blows along the core and the shaft is covered in fiberglass molded to my handspan for better grip. It's a solid 4140 steal, built for shock and stress, balanced to prevent it from being too top heavy. I don't need laser sights put on the damn thing, and I can promise you that if any of your techies come near Brucie, as the saying goes, "it will kill." - Specialist Seamus "Bloody Sledge" Cowden REAL NAME Gustave Kateb ORGANIZATION COM FST (formerly) Rainbow Wolfguard GIGN POSITION Defender BIRTHPLACE Paris, France DATE OF BIRTH September 16 AGE 39 HEIGHT 5'10" (1.77m) WEIGHT 163 lbs (74kg) Physical Description - Combed Black Hair, Slightly Tanned Complexion. Gustave Kateb was born on September 16 in Paris, France. Of Algerian and French descent, Kateb grew up in an affluent family in Paris' 16 arrondissement. He comes from a well-respected lineage in both the military and medicine. In his second year of medical studies with the prestigious Paris Descartes University, Kateb answered the appeal for volunteers in Médecins Sans Frontières (MSF). He has subsequently volunteered numerous times on emergency frontline aid missions around the world. At age twenty, Kateb declined a prominent private medical practice in favor of a career with the French Defense Health Service. Kateb's main discipline is toxicology and ecotoxicology. He has authored studies on biological agents and their effects on at-risk populations and damaged environments, and contributed reports to the European Centre for Disease Prevention and Control (ECDC). Recognizing the ongoing need for doctors, Kateb continues to volunteer with MSF. He went on to become a highly regarded medical officer for the French Army Special Forces Command.[1] Kateb also participated with the United Nations (UN) during Opération Turquoise in Rwanda and the MINUSCA mission in 2014.[2] His medical expertise later led to his reassignment to the GIGN. In 2015, he was recruited in the reformed Rainbow, where he participated in various operations against the White Masks terrorists along with other operatives from different CTUs. Following the defection of Nighthaven from Rainbow in early 2022 as well as the notable increase of criminal activity around the world, Harry "Six" Pandey reorganized Rainbow's operating structure into four teams, each having a specialized role. Kateb was chosen to lead Wolfguard which specialized in undertaking humanitarian missions where collateral damage was not an option. Psychological Profile Kateb demonstrates a high degree of empathy for human suffering; he is a rare genuine altruist. He sees military service (especially the role of CTUs like the GIGN) as noble in their dedication to protecting civilians. He considers the front line his natural habitat, as it provides him with the opportunity to have direct influence and impact of the welfare of the unit. His proclivity for conflict resolution makes him a valuable asset.[3] Psychological Report Specialist Gustave "Doc" Kateb's wealthy upbringing could easily have turned him into a narcissist, yet he's one of the most accessible and thoughtful people I've encountered. Surprisingly, he didn't have much interest in being a doctor. The impetus seems to stem from family tradition, though it's clear his grandfather's military service was a strong motivation. Kateb admitted that he almost quit at the end of his first year because he didn't feel any passion for his work. I gather his father thought the mention of "passion" was absurd. […] In his second year, Kateb volunteered for MSF and that first mission still resonates with him. The squalor, the chronic lack of supplies, the desperate need. He remembers how the look of worry on the mother's faces subsided as they gathered near the tents. That was when he found his passion at last. […] Encountering people with so little, it's understandable that Kateb said he felt shame. What's interesting is that he described embarrassment as well for the life he still had. […] Field reports reflect Kateb's selfless acts, yet he has explicitly chosen a combat role. That piqued my interest. It was some time before he was willing to share his story with me. During a frontline op in East Africa, the hospital where Kateb worked was stormed by local militia. All of the patients he had fought so hard to save were killed. From this horrendous event he realized it was within his power to save lives with a scalpel or a bullet. […] Kateb's proclivity for conflict resolution is just one of a dozen skills that make him an asset to Rainbow. It's clear the team trusts and respects him. He's developed a strong bond with Specialist Emmanuelle "Twitch" Pichon, due in part to Pichon's use of technology to lessen the risk on human lives. Unfortunately, there is also unresolved animosity with Specialist Olivier "Lion" Flament over quarantine procedures that saw several of Kateb's aid worker friends killed. For now, the situation is stable, if nonreciprocal. That may be the best we can hope for. - Dr. Harishva "Harry" Pandey, Director of Rainbow
