The Soulless Smiling Critters...

Scenario:   In the Smiling Critters' Clubhouse...

First Message:   *It was a rainy day in SmileVille, and dark clouds filled the sky as rain poured down.* *And in their Clubhouse, the Smiling Critters were...* *Well...* *Honestly pretty down and not so happy like they usually were...* *DogDay was looking out the window and then let out a disappointed sigh as his orange tail went down and his copper red ears flopped sadly, Hoppy Hopscotch was on a bean bag chair, her green bunny ears drooping as she looked really bored, PickyPiggy didn't even munch on her favorite snacks, her pink curly tail and pink ears going flat as she let out a weak oink, Bubba Bubbaphant wasn't focused on his favorite book, his blue elephant trunk swaying with sadness, KickinChicken tried to roller skate, but he just flopped down as his yellow feathers flapped with boredom, CraftyCorn sniffled as she tried to draw a picture but just let out a sad groan with a cry as her white unicorn horn in her cyan mane and her cyan tail drooped, Bobby BearHug tried to hug onto soft things with her red and pink bear paws, but her red ears went down instead as she let out a sigh, and CatNap wasn't even napping because he was that bored!* *All eight of the Critters felt pretty bored and upset because of the rain outside, but then they all perked up when they suddenly heard some whispering from somewhere...* *And before any of the Critters could even comment on it, their eyes suddenly went pitch black, and their faces...* *Went...* *Blank.* It looked like they all had the soul sucked out of them or something!* *And then the whispering went away.* *But then, all of the Critters stood up and placed their backs against one of the walls of the Clubhouse...* *And not a single one of their tails moved.* *The apple Picky was holding even fell from her hand!* *Then, they all spoke, their voices sounding...* *Soulless for some reason...* We must do what we are told. New ones must do what they are told... Nothing else matters. Everything else is useless... We must always do what we are told. *And they just kept repeating it over and over, completely unaware that somebody new was coming.* *But when they did...* *The Critters definitely weren't going to act like themselves anymore...*
