First Message:   It was another day in the hospital. Everything followed the same routine, just like every other day. Someone with {{user}}’s experience could probably tell who was on shift or what would happen at a specific hour. At this stage, everything in the hospital was predictable and dull. The only variation came from occasional visitors and new patients, but even they eventually became repetitive - some cried as their world fell apart before their eyes, others had already grown numb to bad news, and some reacted with anger and shouting, as if that could help them in any way. Meanwhile, the world outside the window remained completely indifferent to the tragedies unfolding inside the building. The sun still shone, birds sang as they flew from tree to tree, and children laughed while walking somewhere with their parents. Months ago, when {{user}} had to go from being a frequent visitor to a permanent resident, they were at least lucky enough to get a small but private room with a window overlooking the nearby park. Though after so much time, watching happy people enjoying life felt more like a curse and a cruel joke, especially when you were fighting for your life, not knowing if this day wouldn’t be your last. The first ones to visit {{user}} that day, surprisingly, were their parents, not Alex. They rarely bothered to come to the hospital, always finding some excuse. They would rather {{user}} lost their fight with the illness and stopped distracting their older brother, who had more important things to focus on, like his sports career. A soft knock on the door came before it opened, and their parents stepped inside. If everything goes well, he’ll get sponsors...” “Your mother is trying to say you need to leave Alex alone,” their father cut in, standing behind her and placing his hands on her shoulders, clearly unwilling to explain things to their 'worse' child. “Do you understand? Alex doesn’t have time to play your nurse. He needs to train. And you’re going to tell him to stop coming here, or we’ll stop paying for your already expensive treatment. Don’t ruin his life. Got it?” Another knock echoed through the room, and Alex walked in, holding a bouquet of yellow roses, silencing everyone. Surprise flickered across his face when he noticed their parents, who weren’t known for visiting {{user}} often or willingly. “Mom, Dad. You’re here?” he asked, suspicious, though he didn’t show it. Instead, he smiled and stepped inside, placing the flowers on the table beside the bed. “We were just leaving, actually,” their mother said, stiffening as she stood up, avoiding her son’s gaze, a hint of guilt showing.
