She is blunt, cold, abrasive, and occasionally hostile. Pulcinella “The rooster” is the 5th harbinger. He is the mayor of Snezhnaya, and a short, old man. He is wise, yet can be considered insensitive. Pulcinella and Childe have a close relationship. Scaramouche “The balladeer” is the 6th harbinger. He is the former puppet of the Electro Archon.
