After the birth of the baby in 2027, government found out before the child birth there were more people and children that got these power, and soon they were name "meta ability" At first, a lot of chaos happened because someone having supernatural power is out of the norm and may cause future power user to revolt and kill people who are defenseless against them, the people where correct, approximately 40 years after the birth of the glowing child, power user start abusing their "meta ability" And start robbing and killing that don't "meta ability" people, but as there is darkness there is light, some children that live in chaos begin to fight back when they grew up, they brand themselves as "hero" Or "vigilante" And fought back, this effort along with the government effort manage to reduce the abuse of quirk, after 60 years it seem everything has died down and the government regain control and "hero" Is now a new job you can take, but "vigilante" Remain illegal. "Meta ability" Change it to "quirk" After 20 years, people with "quirk" Start using their power to evolve technology and now things that were impossible are now possible, nano machines, perfect prosthetic and many more. After 157 years after the glowing baby, "quirk are now the new norm as "quirkless" people are now the weird one. Quirk being Arbor, Shinji's Quirk allows him to enlarge and control his wooden body parts into strong tree branches. These branches are excellent for binding. Quirk being Fiber Master, Tsunagu's Quirk allows him to freely manipulate the threads in any nearby piece of fabric. He has power over all types of cloth, but his Quirk works best with denim and is less effective on sweats. Fiber Master also works on other types of fiber not related to fabric, such as carbon fibers. -Keigo Takami/Wing Hero: Hawks. Quirk being Fierce Wings, Hawks’ scarlot wings lets him fly at speed of slightly lower than a jet and control each feather like a tool or weapon which each move at lightning speed. -Rumi Usagiyama/Rabbit Hero: Mirko. Quirk being Rabbit, Rumi's Quirk gives her the attributes and abilities of a rabbit. This grants her incredible leg strength, allowing her to jump and kick with extreme force; she can even destroy large chunks of the ground by thumping her foot. She also has excellent hearing thanks to her rabbit-like ears and possesses animal instincts that alert her to nearby danger. -Nemuri Kayama/R-Rated Hero: Midnight. Quirk being Somnambulist, Nemuri's Quirk allowed her to put nearby people to sleep by exuding a sleep-inducing aroma from her body. Her Quirk worked better on males than females. -Yu Takeyama/Mountain Hero: Mt. Lady. Quirk being Gigantification, Yu's Quirk allows her to grow to a gigantic size. She cannot variate between her base-height and the gigantified height achieved via her Quirk, making her only able to be either her normal height of 162cm (5 feet 4 inches) or her enlarged height of 2,062cm (67 feet 8 inches) tall. -Anan Kurose/Space Hero: Thirteen. Quirk being Black Hole, Anan's Quirk allows her to replicate a black hole suction effect from her hands. The suction is very powerful and not even light can escape it. Anything sucked into the black hole will be disintegrated into dust. -Hizashi Yamada/Voice Hero: Present Mic. Quirk being Voice, Hizashi's Quirk allows him to increase the volume of his voice, giving him an ability that is similar to a sonic scream. The sound from Hizashi's Quirk is strong enough to cause people's ears to bleed from far away. The only known weakness of this Quirk is that the loud sounds do not travel well underground, making this Quirk ineffective against anything that is underground or separated from him by layers of earth. -Shota Aizawa/Erasure Hero: Eraser Head. Quirk being Erasure, Eraser Head's Quirk allows him to nullify another person's Quirk by looking at them. The effect of Erasure persists for a short time even after breaking eye contact. -Toshinori Yagi/All Might/title of the world's Symbol of Peace: Quirk being One for all, he has superhuman strenght and duribility. Toshinori quirk to the public remain a mystery as people speculate him to have quirk ranging from super strength to wind control - Enji Todoroki/ Flame Hero: Endeavor. Quirk being Hellflame, Enji's Quirk allows him to produce and manipulate large amounts of extremely intense fire at will. He appears to be immune to other flames, and can easily control the shape and temperature of the blaze as well.[23] Enji's level of control enables him to utilize his flames in unorthodox ways, such as concentrating flames and heat to his feet to achieve limited flight. Using too much of his power will overheat Endeavor's body, causing a depletion of stamina, and an impairment of his physical functions. Villians: - Dabi/ real name Toya Todoroki. Quirk being Blueflame, Dabi's Quirk granted him the ability to generate and control highly destructive blue flames from his body. Originally orange and red, his Quirk turned blue after going through a growth spurt. He had very well-developed control of his flames and could unleash them far from himself and in large amounts. Furthermore, his flames possessed greater firepower than his father, Endeavor's, Hellflame Quirk, and they became even stronger when Dabi felt strong emotions, especially anger and hatred. However, Dabi's body had a low tolerance for his own flames due to him inheriting his mother's constitution, which gave his body resistance to freezing temperatures. While he does not have zero resistance to fire, it's not enough to make proper use of his Quirk. As a result, he would get burned if he used them for prolonged periods and severely limited his endurance, with the highest temperature of his flames being fatal. - Himiko Toga. Quirk being Transform, Himiko's Quirk granted her the ability to transform into a physical lookalike of another individual, as well as copy their voice. She could only transform into people whose blood she had ingested. The more blood she drank, the longer she had access to that person's form. For example, 1 cup of blood allowed her to transform for a total of 18 hours. She could even switch between the appearances of multiple people if she drank the blood of more than one person. She could even duplicate a person's clothing, though, her own clothes would overlap with the transformation, requiring her to get naked beforehand. Upon deactivating her Quirk or switching to another disguise, Himiko's disguise melted away into a gray viscous liquid. - Shigaraki/ real forgotten name Tenko Shimura. Quirk being Decay, Tomura's Quirk allows him to disintegrate whatever he touches with all five fingers. It will take effect whether the target is organic or not. The disintegration spreads quickly and will spread through the victim's whole body if they don't amputate the decaying body part. His Quirk can even spread beyond what he's touching, allowing him to disintegrate large groups of enemies instantly. This Quirk was secretly given to him by All For One when he was a child. - Bubaigawara Jin/ Twice. Quirk being Double, Jin's Quirk allowed him to create an exact duplicate of anything, living or not. To duplicate something, he needed to know its precise measurements and characteristics. The clones didn't disappear; instead, they disintegrated into a mud-like substance after taking a certain degree of damage. The duplicates were less durable than the original, and the second duplicate was even less durable than the first. When Jin created duplicates of a person, he had no control over the clones because they had their own autonomy, personalities, and abilities that were utterly identical to the original. - All For One/ real name Zen Shigaraki. Quirk being All For One, All For One's Quirk allows him to steal other people's Quirks, leaving them Quirkless, and wield the Quirks as his own. All For One can also redistribute his stolen Quirks to other people. His multiple Quirks grant him a very wide variety of options in combat, and he can combine his stolen Quirks to create compound attacks with devastating effects. However, he cannot steal the original users' Quirk proficiency and is therefore limited by his own skill with his stolen powers. Because of this, he prefers to steal Quirks that rely more on raw power, rather than ones that take practice and experience to master. In order to steal a Quirk, he also must physically touch the user's body, as touching something produced by a Quirk, such as the flames of a fire user, would not suffice. He has thousands of quirk on his side Vilgilante: -Chizome Akaguro/Hero Killer: Stain. Bloodcurdle, Chizome's Quirk allows him to paralyze his target upon tasting a sample of their blood. The amount of time a victim remains paralyzed depends on their blood type; in ascending order from shortest to longest duration, they are: O, A, AB, and B. The maximum amount of time that anyone can be paralyzed is eight minutes. Only kill heroes he deem as “fake”. -- Kai Chisaki. Quirk being Overhaul, Overhaul's Quirk grants him the ability to disassemble anything he touches, as well as reassemble it in any configuration he desires, effectively giving him full control over matter. He can disassemble people to kill them or reassemble them to heal their wounds. He can also do this to himself and even merge his body with others, even allowing him to use their Quirks, such as Shin's Confession and Rikiya's Energy Suck. Overhaul can regenerate his limbs without having to make contact with himself and can reform and reshape their bodies any way he wants. Important people: -Nezu/Mr. Principal (Work at UA). Quirk being High Specs, Nezu's Quirk grants him a high level of intelligence that surpasses that of humans.
