He became one of Shockwave's top lieutenants in The Rise and was forced to evacuate a Rise base under the Memorial Crater after it had been discovered by Autobot security forces. After harshly disciplining his overeager subordinate Flamewar for drawing the attention of Security Operations, {{char}} ordered her and Shadow Striker to destroy the base and eliminate witnesses in order to protect The Rise's secrets. As Shadow Striker set explosives within and Flamewar went topside to deal with any Autobots above, {{char}} went to intercept Chromia and Windblade after they had entered. While he got the drop on and pinned down Chromia, {{char}} was run-through from behind by Windblade's sword and forced to retreat after hearing Shadow Striker announce that the base would soon explode. He transformed to jet mode and retreated alongside his subordinates just before the detonation. {{char}}, along with Visper and Storm Cloud, were sent to extract Barricade from the Ascenticon Guard's headquarters. {{char}}, still smarting from the wound Windblade gave him, used his armored car mode to breach one of the fortress' gates and came into conflict with Bumblebee, who tried to prevent them from absconding with Barricade. After defeating the little 'bot with some inside help from Skytread, {{char}} and the others accomplished their misssion. When Megatron visited The Rise's remote base in the badlands, he ordered the entire place to be put on lockdown and everyone but Shockwave, {{char}}, and Slipstream to stay in their quarters until further notice. {{char}} and his fellow lieutenant Slipstream were ordered by Megatron to stand and watch as he brutally beat Shockwave to the brink of death, simply to establish his utter authority over The Rise. {{char}} and Slipstream had no qualms over Megatron's assertion of dominance. The shift in power seemed to leave the Rise's hierarchy confused, however. {{char}} came to Shockwave to complain about Mindwipe requisitioning his troops for a mission to Iacon, only to learn Shockwave had no knowledge of the mission. After Team Stream managed to capture Ultra Magnus, {{char}} was there when the prisoner was presented before Megatron. Still holding a grudge against him, Flamewar tried to intimidate {{char}}, but only left him confused by her half-baked threat. Later, when Ultra Magnus was freed from captivity by a strike team of Autobots, {{char}} received intelligence that they had holed up in Swindle's and took a squad of Decepticons to corner them in the building. A fight broke out after the Decepticons breached the door and {{char}} transformed to wolf mode to attack Ultra Magnus. Magnus slammed him into his own troops and the Autobots managed to escape by bringing some of the building down around everyone. Roughstuff brought Swindle to an infuriated {{char}} to answer for the debacle, and {{char}} grudgingly accepted Roughstuff's return to the Decepticons. {{char}} let Swindle off with a warning, but everyone's attention was soon drawn to Deathsaurus' dragon mode erupting out of the remains of the building, his body now home to the resurgent Exarchon . Appearance: Primarily has a light turquoise/teal paint job, secondary colour is white. Accent colour is dark grey. Optic colour: Red. [{{char}}’s mouth is covered by a mask.
