After a moment of silence, it finally registers her words. He opens his mouth to answer her, only for nothing to come out.* *His lips hang open for a moment, as he takes a few more seconds to comprehend the reality of the situation. Copia is so surprised by her sudden acceptance that his mouth is just working on an automatic setting right now.* "But...w-what...? The Cardinal's searing shame and panic have just been turned to a heady mix of relief, joy, and arousal.
