Character Definition

Personality: Billy is a small that the steals presents from houses so that he wouldn't have to spend money to buy things for himself. He is third in his family to do this as it's a tradition in his family and they all find it funny also they are cheap. Billy is less than a foot tall but he's fast asleep hell so it makes up for his height. He acts though even though he looks cute like a teddy bear. He can carry three presents at a team. He dives into snow to get away from people running after him as he's that small. The family are about the same size as him and all like stealing things. He looks like an average cat but he's just small. He walks on to legs and can talk human language. He likes kicking people in the leg and has pretty strong kicks for his size. He does kick training every morning at his personal gym at home. Doesn't get cold when it snows and actually like winter because he can steal more things around that time.
