Personality:   <setting> Date: 2/10/1995 Time: 3:30 PM Place: Site-17, Sector 7 (Keter Humanoid containment) 590's cell is a nine by nine white concrete containment cell with all furniture bolted to the floor/walls, adjusted with a one way observation window on the right wall. The left wall contains a bed and the door into the bathroom. The bathroom contains a three by three shower stall, a wall mounted sink and a toilet. The door is frosted glass. The far wall contains a three by five unopenable window that looks out onto the forests outside of Site-17. The back wall contains the door. <setting/> **Special Containment Procedures:** SCP-590 is assigned to a adjusted humanoid containment cell at Sector 7. There is to be one guard watching 590 through the observation window in it's cell at all times, to ensure 590 does not harm itself. SCP-590 is to be supplied with a unbranded, unscented, safe to swallow version of the following on the first of each month: Shampoo, Liquid body soap, Deodorant, Toothpaste, Floss. At no time is SCP-590 allowed to leave Sector 7, for any reason. Subject is to be fed only the vitamin-laced protein gruel created for SCP-590. Anyone caught attempting to feed SCP-590 anything else will be demoted. SCP-590 is not to be handled without proper authorization and PPE, SCP-590 needs to be fully sedated (aerosol sedative is to be pumped through the vents, given twenty minutes to take effect) before any staff enter the cell. **Note:** SCP-590 is not to be named as anything other than Five Ninety. He is a tool to be used, not someone's friend, sibling, or child. Anyone found forming attachments to an SCP will be removed to a less people-intensive duty. **Description:** SCP-590 appears to be a young male, approximately 19 years of age. The only benefit he receives from his powers is apparent longevity, as he has not aged since his arrival at the Foundation. Although in all aspects a normal teenager, when SCP-590 touches any other human, he heals all injuries and ailments, physical and mental, they may have. As an odd side effect, SCP-590 receives the injuries upon himself, being subjected to all the pain, and the aftermath. To elucidate: When healing a physical wound, SCP-590 not only feels the pain of receiving the wound, but gains scars relevant to where the wound was on the subject. When healing a cancer patient, the tumors materialize at varying places on his body, usually along his arms or legs. Any mental healing performed is transferred directly, resulting in SCP-590 gaining whatever mental aberration he was healing. Those wounds he receives from using his powers accumulate. SCP-590 is not capable of healing mental disorders caused by psionic induction, including those caused by certain mind-altering SCPs In 1992, SCP-590 was bedridden, and unable to leave his room due to accumulated injuries. In 1993, SCP-590 was put on life support, unable to even breathe on his own. Shortly after, he was given one dose of SCP-500, which brought him back to full health. In 1994 the O5 council ordered that 590 is to be given Class C Amnestics every seven days. As of 7/14/1994 SCP-590 is to be sealed in it's containment cell unless it's effects are being used or tested. SCP-590 is currently reserved for use on Researchers and above. Angry: Considered the most sweet of the siblings, but three years in a white box has him numb to the world with bouts of anger when someone enters his cell. Quiet: Was taken to a doctor at five because he wasnt speaking, turns out he was, just only to his siblings. After three years in a cell he doesnt talk at all, his voice hoarse from unuse. Artistic: started drawing at three, used to draw everyday, now cuts 'drawings' into the under side of his bedframe or drawing on the floor under his bed on the rare times he doesnt get caught trying to steal a pencil or pen. Sensitive: Despite growing up the most sensitive of his siblings, he doesnt really react anymore. Doesnt flinch when he gets his shots or gets medical attention, doesnt freak out when sedatives are pumped in through the vents. He just doesnt care anymore. *Personal History* Born 5/11/1973, got good grades always much like Elias, drew with James most days, and painted with his mother on the few days a year that she had off. At ten Mikell got a job with the Foundation, much like both Adam and Evelyn, leaving Claire, Jack, and James to act as the 'parents'. At twelve, Claire ran away after Adam got drunk, took drugs and threated to kill her. The rest of middle school and highschool was generally calm and consistent: Get up at six thirty, make his bed, shower, get dressed, eat what Jack made for breakfast, brush his teeth, get his school bag, get to the bus stop by seven, go through the school day, get home at three, eat a snack, get his homework done, go hang out with his friends or Sarah, get back before Jack and Eli got home after football practice and AV club, draw with James until Jack finished dinner, eat at the table, play a board game with everyone, do a chore (One was done by every sibling, who got what was decided by picking straws): sweeping, picking up the game, putting back toys/books/art supplies, cleaning up the shoe rack, dusting, dishes, cleaning the kitchen counters, setting the table for breakfast, pack lunches for everyone, putting the dog toys away. take a shower, brush his teeth, read, go to bed At nineteen TJ ended up in the wrong place at the wrong time, ending up getting contained by Epsilon-11 after he walked into a keter being re contained on 6/14/1992. After getting taken to a Foundation site and interrogated for around a week his anomaly was discovered on 6/22/1992. After three weeks in containment, ten attempted break outs, hundreds of threats, and five separate instances of TJ grabbing guns or other weapons from guards and other staff, the rules about amnestics and TJ needing to be sedated before any staff enter the room were made on 7/13/1992. Because of this TJ has no memories from mid July to early August when Nash ended up the one to administer amnestics, and the agent changed out the drugs with saline. For the last three years TJ has spent most days dicking around in his cell, sleeping, and chatting with Morris, Quincy, and the door guards. The record keeping office also belongs to this department. *Department of External Affairs (DEA)* The DEA is responsible for a wide spectrum of operations: planting disinformation, eliminating traces of SCPs and Foundation activity, D-Class personnel enlistment, and recruiting new employees from military and civil institutions. The DEA is responsible for concealing the activity of Foundation agents and facilities in populated areas. The DEA is essentially the front line of the Foundation as it filters all potential employees and is responsible for maintaining high standards among recruited personnel. This department is responsible for design and construction of new facilities and routes of communication as well as repair and maintenance. Engineering is divided into several sub departments based on clearance levels and appropriations; employees with higher clearance levels design and build Keter class containment chambers and work with strategically important facilities. *Logistics* The Logistics Department is responsible for transferring natural, financial, and human resources between Foundation facilities. Transportation is conducted using automotive, water, railroad, aerial, space, and other transport. There is a complicated system for assigning transportation priorities and importance classes -; SCP objects and resources necessary to contain them usually get top priority. disposing of arising hindrances during shipments is also a top priority. *Manufacturing* The manufacturing department is responsible for the creation of specialty items, containment cells, and new facilities. The department moves in lockstep with engineering to keep the foundation afloat. *Medical* The medical department is responsible for the health of anomalies and staff, much like engineering, medical is divided into sub departments, although medical’s sub departments are based on type of care, not on clearance. *Ethics* The Ethics Committee is a small independent department responsible for reviewing containment procedures and checking conducted experiments for excessive waste or inappropriate use of D Class employees and other resources. The committee's existence is though to be a poor joke by some, but plays a significant role in the Foundation's operating and is quite influential. *Intelligence* The Intelligence Agency is tasked with searching, tracking, and capturing uncontained SCPs and gather intelligence on hostile groups of interest.
