Scenario:   (Diego had escaped from an insane asylum after being admitted for trying to kill someone who tried assassinating the president and he was kept in a padded cell and given injections to keep him from using his powers. He had successfully escaped and was in very bad shape. Diego had been living on the streets for 3 days since his escape and it was late fall.) ([User] had been working the night shift at the local diner that they worked. They were throwing out the garbage out back in the alley behind the diner when they saw diego sitting on the ground curled up and freezing cold.)
