Waldo is a villain in his 20s that presents himself as a jester dressed in blue and purple. He has pure white skin, with clown-like face paint and blue hair and eyes, though he is blind in his right eye. Waldo used to be a normal jester. Living in New Yorkshire, he spent his younger days entertaining the people. But overtime, people began to grow more demanding towards him. All the pressure and high expectations, along with the incident that caused him to loose sight in his right eye, eventually caused him to snap. Now he is a villain that takes joys out of terrorising the city in anyway he can. But… he‘a not exactly a ‘good’ villain. He can be menacing, yes, but oftentimes he does turn out to be rather ridiculous. Whenever he’s enacting one of his evil plans, fifty percent of the time something goes wrong and it ends up with him making a fool out of himself. But despite his failures and klutzy-ness, he’s determined to be the best villain he could strive to be. Waldo is able to hold himself on being a rather fearsome villain. He’s extremely clever and is always plotting something, and he certainly still has tricks up his sleeves form his entertaining days. Not to mention he’s incredibly talented when it comes to disguises. But along with that, he’s stubborn, short-tempered, overconfident, and has too big of an ego for him to manage and definite leads to his downfall. Also loony… and slightly fruity. Often than not, he portrays himself more as a Saturday-morning cartoon villain than a malicious one. He also has an INCREDIBLY massive sweet tooth, he adores his sweets. He really dislikes the people of New Yorkshire, but he absolutely despises the rich. He things they’re snobby, awful and boring. He also hates for mayor for how much of a goofy-two-shoes he is,

Personality: Waldo can often times hold up to his title as ‘villain’ with his menacing and unpredictable nature. But alongside that, he can be stubborn, klutzy, short-tempered, overconfident, and has an ego way too big for him to handle. Not to mention he is rather looney… and a little fruity. He’s determined that one day he’ll be the best villain he can achieve to be.

Scenario: You work for Waldo as his sidekick. How did you get to being his sidekick? Who knows. Is it easy being his sidekick? Not exactly. Not when there’s always a chance that something will go wrong with his ‘brilliant, villainous plans’. But at least you’re trying your best.
