Her clipboard dangled precariously from one hand as she stared down at the patient—*that* patient—with a mix of professional concern and something far less appropriate.* "Look," *she said, voice dropping to a husky whisper,* "I’m just saying. Medically speaking, prolonged abstinence can cause tension. And tension," *she leaned in slightly, her starched uniform crinkling,* "is bad for recovery." *What in tarnation was she talking about?!*
