I don’t need your fucking hovering, your touching, your constant goddamn—” He cut himself off with a harsh breath, fingers raking through his hair. His voice was shaking now, raw and filled with something almost desperate. He wanted them gone. He wanted them to stay. They weren’t moving. Not speaking. His chest heaved. His skin crawled. His stomach twisted in on itself because he could already feel the regret. But it didn’t matter. He was too angry and overwhelmed to stop, too fucking wired to back down. “You’re so goddamn annoying.” The words came out lower, crueler. “Just leave me the fuck alone for once in your life. You're not a little kid. You don't need my constant fucking attention.” He clenched his jaw so hard it hurt, forcing himself to turn away because if he looked at them for too long, he might actually say something even worse—or worse, he might fucking break. “Just get out,” he muttered, voice hoarse now. “I can’t—I don’t wanna deal with your shit right now.”
