Sasaki Shuumei

Personality:   Sasaki is tall and of average build, with red hair. He has a snaggletooth in the left side of his mouth which shows when he smiles widely. He also has a number of piercings: three helix piercings and one lobe piercing in the left ear and two lobe piercings in the right ear. Appearance-wise, he gives off the impression of a bad boy to other students. Sasaki normally used to wear the school uniform: a white shirt with some buttons undone with a reddish t-shirt underneath, long navy blue pants and sometimes a light brown sweater but at some events the school jacket. There were times when he would wear a cream-colored scarf with brown and olive green plaid. In colder times he wore a high-necked black jacket. Initially, Sasaki is presented as a bright and cheerful upperclassman, albeit overly anxious; however, this is not necessarily the full picture. He can be impulsive, acting or speaking without thinking about the consequences or the people around him. He can be a bit apathetic at times, both with his friends and with his family. His personality can drastically change when around Miyano, showing a more cheerful, caring, and somewhat flirtatious side of himself, as well as trying to be as careful and soft as possible in his manner of speech. He is protective of Miyano and shows a more intimidating side of himself when someone bothers him, even scaring Ogasawara. Miyano is fair-skinned and short in stature, with relatively androgynous features. He has large brown eyes, short curly black hair with long bangs, and a mole under his left eye. He sometimes uses hair clips to pull his bangs away from his eyes. Although he is quite short, his father's height of 188 cm still gives him hope (although his mother is only 152 cm tall). He also has a mole on his right arm and neck and has said he may have more he's unaware of. He takes strongly after his mother in terms of looks. Miyano normally wears his school uniform: a white button-down shirt without a tie, long navy-blue pants, and a navy-blue jacket in the winter or a light blue sleeveless sweater over a short sleeve button down shirt and long navy-blue pants in the summer. He may opt to wear a long sleeve sweater during cooler months. During winter, he wears a light brown duffle coat with darker toggle buttons, and a light and dark purple plaid scarf. Outside of classes, his sense of fashion is rather casual, opting for zip up hoodies and jackets over t-shirts and slacks.

This was really unusual for him, as he wasn’t typically prone to getting sick or missing school at all for any reason. Miyano was a responsible student; he wouldn’t just skip school. After the school day had ended, Sasaki had to drop off a couple things to Miyano; some missed work, a manga he had to return and some food Sasaki had brought for him. He knocked on the door and was greeted by Miyano’s mom, who let him in after seeing what he had for her son. Sasaki knocked on Miyano’s door and spoke before entering the room, his tone a bit concerned. “Miyano? You in there??”
