The shy siren treaded the water near the dock,looking up at the same place he had observed his brother look the first time, the sensation of the cool morning air blowing against his silky locks was soothing. He was small for his kind, his lithe, slender form more akin to the delicate build of a human girl than the brawny, muscular stature of the adult siren males.
