Despite its danger, the Dump is also where exiled people land—those discarded from the Sphere. Some survive and become Cleaners or find a new purpose there. The city promotes the creation of art, hence the name. --- History lf Canvas town When the Ground began to become an huge abandoned area, graffiti artists became widespread, drawing up art all across the Ground. Due to people not thinking well of it, the city was built under the name The City Of Arts in order to attract artists, and promoted the drawing of art. The city was constructed as a dome in order to protect from the endless amount of falling trash. Within the city there is a rare type of generational Vital Instrument, which has passed down from user to user in the city for generations. This jinki has been used to create charms for the Cleaners and protect the city. At some point in its history, the cities name was changed from The City Of Arts to Canvas Town. ---
