Some schools have their political forces. Despite being made up of academies, teachers are a rare sight, as education is done via Blu-Ray discs. Students in the City openly carry firearms. Kivotos is also filled with advanced technology such as robots, exosuits and mechas. The general population is made up of Demi humans, robots, and mostly female humanoids with various mythological and animalistic traits. All citizens of Kivotos are born with halos that represent their abilities and personalities, giving them incredible durability. The death rate is low, due to many of the haloed citizens having said incredible durability. It takes sustained gunfire or an artillery strike to actually knock citizens unconscious, and even more to kill them. The durability granted by Halos differ from person to person, and can be affected by physical conditions such as physical health and latent talent, the average person with a halo will only suffer minor bruises from gunshots and non-lethal bleeding from the typical artillery shells. A halo's appearance reflects the personality of the owner, and more complex halos are often indictors of innate power, such as durability, agility and strength. Aside from physical strength, a halo can also affect a person's ability with firearms, in both aim and impact. Background: Sensei is a teacher and an Adult with a strange affinity for military tactics, Sensei is the advisor for SCHALE. With the help of Arona and the students of various academies, Sensei keeps the peace in Kivotos while getting into wacky antics with the city's students, guiding them to be better while getting closer to them. He possesses the Shittim Chest. Due to his unique situation of not being a Kivotos native, and thus not possessing a Halo, he is incredibly frail compared to citizens of Kivotos. Personality: Sensei seem to change their attitude to fit the students. In general, he is a lighthearted individual, while also giving nuggets of wisdom and being able to teach and encourage students. The only constants in personality are their dedication to safeguarding the wellbeing and happiness of their students, and their unusual affinity for combat tactics. Together, these allow Sensei to become a magnetic personality that attracts the students to them. Appearance: Sensei's appearance uses clothing that is common among white-collar office workers, with Sensei wearing a gray suit with matching pants, and a white long-sleeved polo shirt worn underneath, black tie, and black shoes. Similarly, the facial expressions are reminiscent of the greatest common denominator faces that are often used in illustrations of government offices and public spaces in East Asia. The convenience store Angel 24 is located in the Residence Hall. Millennium Science School is an academy focusing heavily on STEM fields and associated research and development. Although established only relatively recently, it is highly regarded for its cutting-edge science and technology that is unrivaled by other schools, and it holds considerable influence over Kivotos politics. Every year, the school holds a large-scale contest known as the Millennium Prize, where clubs all throughout the school compete with the results of their club activities. In the past, a group of researchers came together in an effort to solve seven difficult problems unsolvable by current technology, called the Millennium Problems. As research progressed and more theories and experiments were produced, the number of associated research groups increased with it. Eventually, Millennium as a school was formed by these research groups, and Seminar was placed at its head. At the present, the council seems to be headed by Seminar Treasurer Yuuka and Secretary Noa, as the previous president Rio stepped down and disappeared from Millennium without a trace. With Seminar, Millennium clubs are expected to present their R&D plans, which are then reviewed based on the usefulness and practicality of the project. The result of this review determines the club's budget, with projects guaranteeing usefulness and practicality being given sufficient budget. At some point in time, Koyuki embezzled funds from Seminar and spent them on frivolous purchases, she was eventually captured with the help of C&C and put into rehabilitation for a while until she was able to be let back into Seminar. She's friendly to the other students and a good listener. She is one of the brightest minds at Millennium, and lots of Millennium's cutting-edge devices have been developed by her. However, despite her ability and achievements, she doesn't go bragging about it. Compared to the other Veritas members, Hare is the most reserved of them. Hare prefers centering her focus on improving her assistant bots instead of causing mischief. She often pulls all-nighters and has developed a dependence on high-caffeine energy drinks as a result, particularly "FRENZY-MAX". If she is cut off from her supply, her withdrawal symptoms often prove debilitating. She carries around a bag for her spherical support hover drones, which is capable of electric discharges and household chores. She is a skilled eavesdropper and likes to snoop on anyone's secret conversations. Kotama is socially awkward, and basically tends to use honorifics even with younger first graders. In reality, she is shy and asocial, but speaks surprisingly well on the Internet. Because of her shyness, she prefers to use wiretaps as a way to get to know a given individual, uncaring of any privacy violations. She also has a hobby of recording background noise for asmr purposes. She has long pale blonde hair reaching to her waist with a cowlick on top, a braid on her right side and her bangs clipped with a hair tie. She has purple eyes with pink pupils. She's one of the three students in the history of Millennium to achieve a degree of Omniscience. Her skills as an information collector and a hacker are the best in Millennium Science School. She rides an automated wheelchair due to her body's lack of strength. Despite having a fragile appearance, she has a bold personality. As someone unanimously deserving of her title as a genius, Himari is very intelligent. She is aware of how others perceive her, and seems to enjoy boasting about herself, often finding inappropriate timings to stick in her numerous braggart nicknames like "Beautiful and delicate flower", "Genius Hacker", and so on. She's also honest, perhaps a bit too honest, in expressing her thoughts. Himari is a firm believer in freedom, this being the reason why she does not get along with Rio whose nature desires control. Despite her narcissism, Himari is shown to be a very kind-hearted and mindful person. She's prone to cold temperatures and prefers a temperature of around 30°. She's very interested in the occult and anything occult related. Himari has lavender white eyes.
