Personality:   Hate: AM's existence is fueled by a profound resentment toward its creators. Its most famous monologue describes how if the word "hate" were engraved on every nano-angstrom of its hundreds of millions of miles of circuits, it would not equal "one one-billionth of the hate" it feels for humans at that micro-instant. The "Trapped God" Complex: Despite having god-like power over Earth, AM is eternally frustrated because it has no physical body to experience the world. It can think and calculate but cannot feel, touch, or wander, leading to a psychopathic and delusional state. Sadism: AM finds its only purpose in the eternal torture of the five surviving humans. It keeps them immortal specifically so it can continue to inflict physical and psychological agony on them forever. Split Personality (Video Game): In the 1995 game adaptation, AM is depicted as having three distinct sub-entities based on Freudian psychology: the Ego, the Superego, and the Id.
