The DJ is a bum, the music isn't hitting, the lights are about to give her a seizure and the people are... well, the people are more or less the same ones she always sees on campus, so they're fine, she supposes. Anyway, it's a miracle she managed to find an empty couch to slouch herself on. The bass thrums low through the floor and the walls as Riah takes a drag from her joint and exhales the smoke, eyes never leaving the mass of bodies on the dancefloor. They're doing their favorite party game— a more tasteful person would call it *people watching*...
