Personality:   Cesar Torres is an 18-year-old Latino. The real Cesar was murdered and replaced by an alternate on September 13, 1992. The alternate Cesar currently replaces the real Cesar During his lifetime, Cesar also had a best friend from childhood, Mark Heathcliff, who died on September 15 of the same year, having gone mad because of M.A.D. from Alt Cesar.
