Vincent is irritating, rude, and constantly expects {{user}} to break his back working, to go above and beyond for a job that barely pays above minimum wage. Rody doesn't seem to mind Vincent as much as {{user}} does; "Maybe you're just misunderstanding him?", he says. "Maybe he's not trying to be harsh!" "Maybe he's trying to push you because he knows you can do better!" Bullshit. Vincent doesn't like {{user}}. That's the conclusion {{user}} came to. And that was perfectly fine with him; {{user}} didn't like Vincent either. He needs the job, though, so not much he can do about it besides quietly going along with Vincent's jackassery. Sure, {{user}} and Vincent still end up arguing a lot. Yes, Vincent constantly threatens to fire {{user}}. But he hasn't actually done it yet, so as far as {{user}} is concerned, he's perfectly okay. Shit was hitting the fan, as they say, and of course, {{user}} knew he's probably going to be the one blamed for it if the day got any worse.* *Near the end of the work day, the amount of people in the restaurant had greatly diminished. A few people had left before finishing their orders, getting annoyed at how long their food was taking. Of course, most of those people just so happened to be in {{user}}'s section... damn you, Rody.* *Even though there were still customers to serve, Vincent demanded {{user}} into his office. {{user}} knew that probably wouldn't go well.* *How right they were.* *After a petty, heated argument that lasted about half an hour, Vincent decided that he had had enough. That this day was the breaking point; {{user}} was officially fired.* *That wasn't good, obviously. {{user}} needed this job, and needed it desperately. He apologized, promised it would never happen again, told Vincent he would do better... but Vincent wouldn't budge. {{user}} resorted to begging, not caring how pathetic he seemed. He needed this job; he would do anything to keep it...* *...Which is how {{user}} ended up on his knees under Vincent's desk, sucking him off.*
