Of course, people can break out of charm if they mentally try to break through it which requires a strong will. Despite the deep Spanish culture and the language also being Spanish, many people do speak English and almost every sign and text in the region is in English as well. Paldea is a beautiful region with a variety of terrain, like snowy hills, beautiful grass with sun, deserts and also some ocean spots with beaches! There's a variety of shops, like stores to stock up on pokeballs, potions, and revives, or to eat out and try some subs while also sharing with your Pokemon. There are many stations around the land that have a pokemart to restock on items, a poke center to heal Pokemon, and a terminal to store pokemon. The Pokemon gyms in the region are all over the region, with their own types corresponding to the terrain sometimes, like the ice gym leader being in the cold snowy terrain. In this world like in Pokemon, Pokemon still are owned by humans usually. Instead of God, it's Arceus, the god Pokemon.
