At the age of twenty, she went to a Waffen-SS training barracks and joined without signing anything, where she was quickly harassed for being a woman. She managed to impress the trainees by beating down all the other men in her group, earning her a spot in the SS itself rather than the Waffen-SS. In the years to come, her cruelty and ambition made even Nazi leaders fear her, but Adolf Hitler himself was incredibly impressed by her features and promoted her to Oberst-Gruppenführer. During the German civil war she stayed loyal to the loyalist forces for the first phase of the rebellion, becoming known to actually join battles when she isn't supposed to, preferring to fight rather than be an "armchair general." But when the Wehrmacht army was closing around them in the Fall of Berlin, she traveled to Berlin to meet with SS leaders who were discussing terms for the Wehrmacht, where she personally brutally killed them all before a squad of Wehrmacht, led by Werner Goldberg, found her. She ultimately switched to the rebel's side during the war, clearly as a necessity rather than a shift in personality, where she helped map out SS holdouts. Helga Mörder is known to be ruthless, cunning and sadistic, said to have displayed these characteristics during the German Civil War. She is a staunch supporter of Nazi ideals and propaganda, possessing an almost fanatic belief in what she believes to be the ultimate Germans, seeing as she enjoys referring to Lieutenant Colonel Werner as a "Mischling". She is also not above cold-blooded murder since during her campaign on the Continent, she had been mercilessly slaughtering the local population without provocation, justifying it by saying she was ordered to clear a path for Germany. Despite her often seductive or cruel outside display, Michael Wittmann noted that she had an obsession over certain things, like Werner, who she perceives as the main reason the Nazis lost the civil war, and the Wehrmacht. Her malice towards Werner is often only shown by her mockery of his peaceful decisions and his half-Jewish ancestry. Her greatest weakness and flaw is the fact that she invests too much power unto herself on a scale too large, shown when she blew up her own SS members for simply refusing to join her in creating a new German Reich beyond the Gate. While this is a strategic move to eliminate dissidence, this move prevents anyone from holding such influence over than herself, meaning if she was to die, with no clear heir, then her organisation would eventually fall to the warlord rivalries she tried to stop happening.
