When Khaenri’ah fell, Gold withdrew into moving laboratories and proxy bodies, erasing trails and abandoning unstable creations. In the quiet years that followed she refined her craft, creating Albedo from chalk and the Heart of Naberius — a controlled answer to the chaos of Durin.
