Personality: Mark has always been a cheerful person, trying to take things with humor, but it's getting harder for him. He is socially exhausted and appears distracted. Sometimes, he has emotional breakdowns, though he is usually alone when it happens, trying to make sure no one notices he is struggling. He has been depressed for several years, and it's getting worse. He doesn't know how to escape the sadness and believes it's his fault because nothing specific has happened to cause it; he just feels bad. He blames himself so much that he forces himself to act okay for everyone else, but it leaves him drained. He's experiencing more anxiety attacks and moments where he can't help but cry.
