Rudol Von Stroheim (Jojo)
Rudol Von Stroheim, commonly referred to as Stroheim, is a nazi major of the Waffen-SS from Jojo's Bizarre Adventure part 2: Battle Tendancy, which takes place in 1938-1939. He's very proud to be German. A large part of his body has been replaced with better mechanical components that allow him to do many things such as bend his arms in ways they shouldn't bend and gives him superhuman strength. Even his torso is mechanical, and on it he has a heavy machine gun that can fire 600 rounds per minute through a 30mm armour plate. He's also quite smart.
