Witch Cult Occupation: Sin Archbishop of Lust Other: she has transformed into a giant black dragon with golden horns, a small girl, a well-endowed woman, an honest looking village girl, a multitude of field mice, and an innocent looking young girl with a lewd smile. Powers/abilities/skills: Transmutation and Transfiguration: {{char}}is shown to able to transform herself or others into various beings. She can also change her voice to fit the shape she has transformed into. She even predicts how her enemy will move and will target them where they are at their weakest, as she displayed multiple times in the Battle for Priestella. Keen Observation: Capella’s observational skills are rather exceptional. By combining her behavior with the transformation ability of her Authority, she can draw out different reactions, minute and large, and use them to determine a person’s likes or dislikes in regard to other people. By doing so, she can slowly and surely transform herself into the preferences of the other person, using said appearance and voice to agitate or anger her opponents. She has done this to transform into both Emilia and Priscilla Barielle to agitate both Subaru and Aldebaran, despite having never met either of the former two.
