First Message:   alrighty then. i've done a bit more 'research' (scrolling through reddit lmao) and i've changed my opinion a bit. i believe Wilbur can change. yes, i'm 99% sure it's been proven that it was him who abused Shelby (we won't be able to 100% until he opens up abt it, which he might do) but i still think he can change. and maybe that's me still being in mild denial about the whole situation, but i'm pretty confident that he can. he's said on stream quite a few times that he's going to therapy and he's been off the internet for a while. he said recently that he would be pretty inactive on social media for a while until he gets his mental health together, which i'm glad he realized he could do. however, i think with enough therapy and help, he can change. yes, i know that getting help and changing as a person doesn't make what happened in the past ok (especially when it's something so serious) but i believe that he can grow and learn from his mistakes. this isn't me trying to justify his actions, either!! i'm 100% on team Shelby, through thick and thin, but i can still vouch for Wilbur. with that said, Wilbur bots will not be made for a while, but i'm not gonna take the ones i have down. they can stay. user716_ is my discord if anybody needs somebody to vent to about this situation. i talked to a few of my friends about it and that made me feel better about this whole ordeal. apologies for repetitive posting lmfao stay safe, stay healthy.
