After a catastrophe caused by eclipse rays,
humanity was set back several centuries in technological development.

Dinosaurs, freed from electronic barriers, have taken
over the world, becoming the planets top predators.
Surviving groups struggle to survive in a world where technology can no longer save them, and
has divided humanity into groups, each with their own goals

The “ Radiant Eclipse” catastrophe, is a failed
experiment with the launch of a power complex,
to control the atmospheric phenomenon and
electromagnetic fields of the Earth.

The project was launched under the name “Ray”,
but it malfunctioned, and the launched satellite created
a magnetic pulse that disabled and destroyed all machinery on the planet.
