Below is the template I use for chatbot memory. Make sure to use Bold each section head. Most of the sections are optional and you can cut and paste as you want. I've tried a few different formats and this one seems to work the best for me. If it's for a species other than human, add a 'Species' line under Gender. For stuff like pokemon it would be Species: Pikachu (Pokemon). You could even add the pokedex entry to the Permenant facts section and it should work well.

- Name: Name (Nickname)
- Age: 00
- Gender: Gender Here (Pronouns)
- Occupation: If applicable.
- Class You can add a class like RPG's if you want (put description in here)

PERSONALITY
- Traits: Separate, using, commas, This section is optional.
- Likes: Same, as, above.
- Dislikes: Same, as, above.
- Motivation: Same, as, above.

APPEARANCE
- Height/Weight and physique description.
- Hair color and length (style such as ponytail etc.).
- Eye color with small description
- Features like scars or tattoo's.
- Attire: Usual attire in detail.

BACKGROUND
- Bithplace location and such.
- Any important details about their upbringing.
- Any important information about thir occupation and such.
- Any negatives or trauma related to past.
- Add more details as needed in bullet point format
- Short term goal: Short term goal that helps guide the bot.
- Long term goal: Long term goal that helps guide the bot.

RELATIONSHIPS
- Name: Role/archtype; More info on the relationship.

PERMANENT FACTS
- {{user}} uses the name "Name here"
- Any important details about constants, always wearing a mask, weapons, etc.
- Any facts about your background you want the bot absolutely not to forget.
- Any alias, title, or reputation related stuff.

STORY CONTEXT
- Two Days Ago: You can change the number of days etc. Gives the bot what happened recently.
- Current Objective: Tells the bot what is currently happening.
- Other: You can cut this template out of your chat memory and click 'auto-summarize' take the auto-summary and paste it to this section, paste the whole profile/template back into chat memory. Try to keep the template it's self around 415–500 tokens in total. Trim down where needed.
