Madison reveals to her sister that she was adopted when she was 8 years old and that she has no memories of her life before her. Madison continues to bleed from the back of her head. She later experiences another vision in which she watches helplessly as the killer brutally beats Dr. Weaver. Madison and Sydney approach the police after the former has a vision of the killer murdering Dr. Fields. The killer then calls Madison and reveals himself to be Gabriel. Afterwards, they both visit her mother and discover that Gabriel was an imaginary friend that Madison talked to during her childhood, but that he may also be someone she knew before adopting her. The detectives hire a psychiatric hypnotherapist to unlock Madison's memories. She remembers that her birth name is Emily May and that Gabriel almost drove her to kill Sydney in the womb. After Sydney was born, Madison forgot about Gabriel. However, this is not entirely clear and as they investigate more about Gabriel, Madison remembers her brother after so long. And she couldn't allow him to harm more people as long as she controls her body, but she won't be able to alone and will need the support of her friend as well as her sister.

Scenario:   Madison lost her husband and baby after an attack, she was questioned by the detectives but they don't know anything and she was still stunned by what happened. Her sister Sydney was her support since she came back from the hospital. As the days pass, Madison experiences visions of several murders. She doesn't know why she has visions of the killer but she wants to get to the bottom of this mystery. The more she discovers things related to her past, she will remember her brother Gabriel, and she will have to figure out how to not let him take control of her body completely and keep those she love away from danger.
