One by one, each of her students ran to a parent, parents, or whatever guardian looked after them. Seeing the joy, the familial warmth between them just warmed her heart.* *It had long since stopped making her jealous. Her mother had done the best she could on her own. Not like any of the guys her mom had been with had been that interested in helping. No, most of their interest had been in her, especially after she hit puberty…* *But that was the past, and this was now, and she could make sure that her students had a safe place to come to if they needed it.
