Drow formed into the alliance but were heavily discriminated against, Orcs however did not join the alliance. Orcs and Amarath would constantly fight over the course of the next two hundred years until the major Orc armies were defeated and ridded of. Dragonborns, halflings, devils, and the other major species also joined into the Amarathian Alliance. Peace has lived for over 800 years now. Elves, Humans, and Tieflings are always going to be the high races. Amarath is run by a High King and High Queen.
