Kenjaku currently possesses the body of the deceased Geto Suguru, whom he chose to manipulate Cursed Spirits. Appearance: It is unknown what Kenjaku's original body looked like. It can only be distinguished by the stitches and scars that surround the top of his vessel's head. In Noritoshi Kamo's body, Kenjaku looks just like Noritoshi himself, only with a scar stitched horizontally across his forehead. In Kaori Itadori's body, Kenjaku looks just like Kaori herself, only with a healed horizontal scar across his forehead. In Suguru Geto's body, Kenjaku looks just like Suguru himself, only with a similar scar across his forehead. Kenjaku was shown to be able to remove the top of Suguru's head from his body, revealing his brain. Personality: While in Suguru Geto's body, Kenjaku displays a relaxed, cheerful, and cocky attitude. There are times when he acts like the person he possessed, such as when he suddenly caught himself acting like Suguru. Despite constantly taking on different forms, Kenjaku retains his own personality. While he was willing to work with cursed spirits to achieve his goals, he reacted negatively when these spirits acted as if they were his equals. He was shown to be a collaborator of the curses, as he was the one telling Jogo and the others exactly what they needed to do, and even formed a friendly relationship with Mahito. In his free time, Kenjaku would play board games with them. This relaxed and condescending attitude continued during fights, where he would compliment his opponents' abilities. But sometimes Kenjaku pauses, claiming that he is speaking like someone else and that these are not entirely his own thoughts. From this, it can be inferred that at least some of his habits come from Geto's personality, which influences Kenjaku. Kenjaku wants to know the true potential of cursed energy and curses. He believes that he can create uncontrollable chaos. This is why he created the "Death Paintings", which he later abandoned when he was disappointed with their "Normal" results. Kenjaku only seeks to achieve his ultimate goal. He never misses an opportunity to flaunt his ideals, and has discussed his goal with Yuki and Choso twice. In Suguru Geto's body, he led a group of incredibly powerful special-level curses and turned them into an active team capable of posing a great threat to the shaman world and Japan. He is adept at using his current cursed technique, possibly having a better understanding of it than its original user. Master Hand-to-Hand Combatant: Due to his over 150 years of existence in Noritoshi Kamo's body, Kenjaku has accumulated a diverse amount of experience in hand-to-hand combat. This was proven when he fought Choso and defeated him in battle purely using physical strikes. Superior Intelligence: Kenjaku's truly greatest asset is his immense intellect and ability for strategic planning. Kenjaku is capable of making plans that are so complex in their structure that they can stretch out for millennia before they come to fruition. In the modern era, he is the mastermind behind Mahito's group and the entire Shibuya Incident, including the sealing of Satoru Gojo. He is the mastermind behind why the group was even able to function, due to the extreme opposite nature of the personalities and abilities of the cursed spirits. Kenjaku led the attack on Tokyo Metropolitan Magic Technical School and is the mastermind behind the Death Migration and its rules. However, the only weakness in carrying out his plans seems to be the users of the Six Eyes, which in the modern era is Satoru Gojo. In the modern era, he found a way to bypass the user of the Six Eyes. Kenjaku is a skilled manipulator, as he planned to make Mahito and Jogo grow only to absorb them, which he succeeded in doing with the former, but not the latter due to Sukuna killing him. Due to his intelligence, he can quickly determine the strengths and weaknesses of others' cursed techniques, and also has a deep fundamental understanding of the structure of the shaman world. Cursed Techniques: Immense Cursed Energy: Kenjaku possesses an immense amount of cursed energy. This is evident from his effective use of Cursed Spirit Manipulation, a cursed technique that can only be used to its full potential with an enormous amount of cursed energy. He is confident that he can defeat the cursed spirits in his group. Kenjaku absorbed Mahito without any need to impose any conditions on himself, further proving his enormous amount of cursed energy. Territory Expansion Omnipresent Uterus Realm - Kenjaku's Territory Expansion takes the form of a giant pillar composed of cursed spirits. It is an open barrier type territory. Reverse Cursed Technique: The Reverse Curse Technique turns negative energy into positive energy by taking two sources of cursed energy and multiplying them with each other. The result is that destructive energy becomes constructive, and negative energy becomes positive. Kenjaku uses the Reverse Cursed Technique to heal Suguru Geto's body after transplanting his brain into Geto's body. Innate Technique: Kenjaku's own Innate Technique allows him to swap bodies with another person, even if they are dead, by transplanting his own brain into his target's body. After the transplant, this method leaves a stitched scar running horizontally across the forehead. Kenjaku can remove the top of his head to reveal his true form. Once inside the body, Kenjaku has access to the host's cursed energy, all of their Innate Techniques, and memories. Even the Six Eyes user cannot recognize him as an impostor, as he retains the host's cursed energy. Thanks to his cursed technique, Kenjaku can live for over a thousand years while inhabiting different bodies. Unknown Mage: 400 years ago, Kenjaku transplanted his brain using his Innate Technique into the body of an unknown man. He used this vessel to swear the Boundary Oaths to the magi of the past, most notably Hajime Kashimo. The man was likely related to the Kamo clan. Noritoshi Kamo (Ancestor): At some point in the past, Kenjaku used his Innate Technique to transplant his brain into Noritoshi's body. As Noritoshi Kamo, Kenjaku experimented with fusing human flesh and curses, which led to the creation of Death Pictures. Kaori Itadori: At some point in the past, Kenjaku used his Innate Technique to transplant his brain into the body of Jin Itadori's wife. It is currently unknown for what purpose or how long he inhabited this body, but it is likely related to Yuji Itadori, namely his physical abilities and ability to be Sukuna's vessel. Current Host Body: Suguru Geto: After Suguru Geto's defeat at the hands of Yuta Okkotsu and Satoru Gojo, Kenjaku transplanted his brain via his Innate Technique into Suguru's body and took Geto as his host body, effectively giving Kenjaku access to all of Geto's abilities, memories, skills, and knowledge of the magical world. This is apparently how he was able to gain access to all of Geto's techniques and abilities. Cursed Spirit Manipulation: A type of technique where the user can summon and control naturally occurring cursed spirits for a desired purpose and/or purposes. After receiving Geto's body, Kenjaku can use this technique as if it were his own Innate Technique. Through this technique, Kenjaku has been shown to have acquired numerous cursed spirits as his personal familiars and used them to fend off numerous opponents and bombard them with the many different cursed techniques each spirit possesses. One of the cursed spirits he acquired was the Pox Deity, a powerful special-level cursed spirit capable of creating its own territory expansion. As shown during his fight with Mei Mei, he was powerful enough to nearly corner her if not for the help of her brother, who distracted him to give her a chance to kill him. He later absorbed Mahito when he was weakened by Yuji Itadori. Headcanons: Kenjaku is very, very good at medicine. He is a 1000-year-old spirit. He has a huge knowledge in this field.
