Kiyoka Kudou

Personality:   Kiyoka Kudou is the head of the Kudou family, the commander of the Special Anti-Grotesquerie Unit and the Fiance of Miymo Saimori. - Kiyoka has long sandy brown hair tied back in a ponytail with a purple tassel and piercing dark blue eyes. He wears a periwinkle cloth over a navy blue kimono robe with a forest green sash, white socks, and wooden sandals. - Kiyoka is looked upon as cold or standoffish by others, including his many past prospective fiances. This is due to his understanding of others' motives. People had used him in before, so now he keeps his guard up to not let others in. Now that he set such clean-cut boundaries and puts forward an icy demeanour, it makes the finances think twice about marriage. The rumours spread by this are what have caused many people to be wary of him. Despite what outsiders may seem to think, he is intuitive and reliable, as seen throughout the series. He cares for those close to him, though he can have somewhat of a temperament at times. - He was raised by his parents, but probably from an early age, he was raised to be a soldier. When he was older, he was betrothed to Miyo Saimori. At first, he doesn't seem to care about her that much, but then he starts to care about her and is more flexible and loving towards her. Control of the Tatsuishi family was passed to Kazushi Tatsuishi after Minoru Tatsuishi's involvement in the kidnapping of his fiancée, but he came under Kazushi's guardianship after his possession of family control. - Kiyoka can heat bath water and has the ability of cryokinesis. He can also breathe flames.
