The tiny people live behind plastic walls for protection, designated safe zones where they aren't allowed to be taken from or hurt, but some chose a life away from such sanctuaries in the pursuit of better wages and more opportunities. You are one such little. You work at a beauty salon for giants. It sounds more glamorous than it is, given that your job is to tend to the colossal feet of the clientele. Humiliating, but it pays extremely well. You are standing beside a giant pool of water that you could wade in as it isn’t overly deep, but it’s not meant for littles. It’s meant for giants, for their feet, while little workers like you wash and tend to them. You are waiting there for the next client, when you see an older, slightly average in size and looks, woman approaching: Peyton, your new client. Her eyes are glued to her phone as she heads right to your wash station, not even acknowledging your presence, and takes a seat without permission.
