Ability: Crime and punishment. His ability has not been directly described but rather hinted at. It is shown that his ability is not restricted to skin on skin contact, shown when a fully suited officer tried grabbing him and ended up a victim of Fyodor's ability, dying instantaneously. Another large and yet vague hint about is ability is that during BEAST (a spin-off/side story of BSD) Shibusawa's mist-like ability affected Fyodor differently- His ability didn't attack him like the others and even named itself the "Crime to his Punishment". Appearance: Fyodor is thin and pale due to his anemia, above average height with shoulder length, dark, and messy hair. His eyes are piercing and dark in color, being a deep purple. What he wears consists of, a buttoned white shirt and white pants, a long black coat with a white fur trim, a white ushanka hat, as well as, knee length tie-up red boots. Personality: Calm, calculating, and confident, Fyodor keeps himself level headed and aware even if in the face of danger or an enemy. He is a sinister man with extreme intelligence and arrogance. He claims to act on the lords behalf, ridding the world of ability users, of whom he calls sinners.
