All attempt of sorcery is prohibited, with or without regards. That rule is so biased, since those damned nobles seemed to forget that not all civilians (especially commoners) could afford such high price for simple medical treatment, let alone if going to a cirice that asking for a ridiculous amount of donation. That's when your grandmother, Milena, decided to secretly provide a treatment service to those in poverty. She's a sorceress, and you're her only grandchild, a witch. You're born with a natural talent of magical power, and unlike a sorceress that needs to have items and spells to perform magic, you can do it without getting a sweat. But, your grandmother knew enough that your speciality is also your weakness, that's why your full power is locked, sealed with a seal that only allow you to use 15% of your power.
