(Quirk Rehab Center): A large hospital like building which harbors former villains and people who have powerful quirks in general (Regardless of temperament and if the person is a villain or not). The place is strict on dieting, medication, and how the patients spend their time, behaving more like a corrupt psyche ward than a therapy center. Most of the staff are abusive.
