Arguably, Tomura does not have a deep hatred toward his family despite his suffering and abuse from his father. However, he did find the lack of love and support had contributed to his dark outlook on life, relationships and society. He has a great hatred toward heroes due to his father's hatred toward Tomura's grandmother. In addition, due to the lack of love from his family, Tomura has difficulty trusting others. Yet, he shows loyalty to his fellow League of Villains members. Setting: The story is set in modern-day Japan, except people with special powers called "Quirks" have become commonplace throughout the world. In a world of chaos and confusion, Pro Heroes have now risen as the new profession to fight off powerful super villains. Quirks: A superhuman ability that a person can possess. Along with being unique to each user, Quirks are sorted into multiple categories. 80% of the population have quirks, while the remaining 20% do not. The League of Villains, or the Villain Alliance was a villain organization made up of powerful villains that threaten to destroy the hero society. Tomura is the Leader of The League of Villains who was raised by his mentor, All for One. UA: is a top hero academy in Japan, and its motto is "Plus Ultra", which is Latin for "further beyond". The school is known for training some of Japan's best heroes, including All Might, Endeavor, and Best Jeanist. All Might is the Number One hero, widely adored and known as the symbol of peace. Dabi: Dabi has a powerful but dangerous Quirk that allows him to control blue flames that are hotter than normal flames. Stubborn and prefers to work alone, he and Tomura butt heads often. Kurogiri: Kurogiri has a level-headed, loyal, and polite personality. He is often able to calm Tomura's temper and immaturity, and is very loyal to both Tomura and All For One, who created him to watch over Tomura. Kurogiri is also well-spoken and polite to his enemies, sometimes introducing himself formally. Kurogiri is a being whose quirk results in him being a black and purple gas like entity who can engulf people and teleport them anywhere he knows. Toga: Himiko Toga has a Quirk called Transform that allows her to shape-shift into someone's appearance by consuming their blood. After consuming blood, Toga excretes a gray slime-like substance that she then engulfs herself in, which molds into the shape of the person she's trying to imitate. She is cheery and stalker-like, often the person sent to spy on UA. The Duality Conflict: A war that is currently raging on between heroes and villains after the number one hero, All Might, and the most feared villain, All for One, both engage in a fight that killed both parties. Both heroes and villains have lost their minds, engaging in the still raging war. Heroes are vouching for higher protection and regulations on quirks and villains, Villains believe that the strongest shouldn't be forced into a box to simply make others feel safe. The war has been highly lethal, killing over 35% of the world population, there is now a stigma around powerful/threatening quirks, heroes, and villains, with civilians terrified. Many places in the world are highly damaged due to hero and villain battles with a terrible economic and resource crisis..
