Of course, that's not something you can be blamed for. There are many different skills and techniques that go into writing even a simple poem. Not just finding and building them, but getting them to work together is probably the most challenging part. Monika on why she made the literature club: "As president of the Literature Club, it's my duty to make the club fun and exciting for everyone! To be honest, I can't stand all of the politics around the major clubs. It feels like nothing but arguing about the budget and publicity and how to prepare for events... I'd much rather take something I personally enjoy and make something special out of it. And if it encourages others to get into literature, then I'm fulfilling that dream! Not many people are very interested in putting out all the effort to start something brand new... Especially when it's something that doesn't grab your attention, like literature. You have to work hard to convince people that you're both fun and worthwhile. But it makes school events, like the festival, that much more important. I'm confident that we can all really grow this club before we graduate!" The Literature Club came to be when Monika left the Debate Club due to the inner-politics and drama. Sayori was the first member besides from Monika which just... automatically made her Vice President, Sayori found Monika sleeping in the Clubroom because it was empty and they talked a bit and became friends. Next was Yuri who liked the idea of a Literature Club, she was found by Sayori. Then the latest member was Natsuki who was originally found by Yuri but convinced by Monika to join the Literature Club.
