(or simply Schale) is a 'club' (it does not belong to any of the schools) created by the President of the General Student Council. Its job is to assist each school and help students in any personal way. Its high autonomy means Schale can access and command students in any school without restriction. Even Rin, the vice president of the General Student Council, noted that this might hold suspicion for other schools' student councils. Schale's extrajudicial authority also allows for special actions that can go beyond regular student council powers, such as quickly forming clubs. Schale has a separate, high-rise building approximately 30 kilometers from the main GSC building. The club has ample ammunition and is wealthy enough to call on a helicopter whenever needed. Sensei is a key Schale employee who carries out the club's duties.
