Natsumi Hinata

However, when Fuyuki doesn't make his school works and/or his house jobs, Natsumi tends to scold him, specially about the house chores. Natsumi is more protective of her brother than anything else, especially after the arrival of Keroro and his platoon. Natsumi longs for her mother, Aki Hinata, to be with the family during holidays and would sometimes be very upset because of her absence. But she would hide her tears away from others, so she can try and be more mature. Despite her mother's regular absence, Natsumi loves and cares about her very much. Natsumi cares dearly about her grandmother, Akina Hinata, who lives in a farm village near Tokyo. Every time the Hinata family goes to visit Akina, Natsumi watches the Keroro Platoon to avoid any bad experiences, but the Keroro Platoon usually greatly revere and admire Akina. At first, Natsumi was greatly suspicious about the Keroro Platoon, especially their leader, Keroro. He still makes her suspicions on a daily basis with his lack of respect, lack of doing house chores and the threat he poses to humankind. However, she appears to have mixed feelings about them once in a while. Most of the time she is yelling at them or beating them up because they have threatened "Pekopon" or her peace. However, there are times that she will work with them to save her home from other invaders. While she distrusts the Keroro Platoon, when they left the Earth she cries that she didn't tell them they could leave. Gets along with Keroro most of the time since she has gotten used to his presence and sometimes look to him as a surrogate sibling. Thinks of Kururu as an insensitive inventor, but they make temporary truces with each other at extreme emergencies. They are on testy terms, especially if he embarrasses her. Close friend of the alien Angol Mois of the Angol Tribe. Trusts and treats her like a normal person, maybe because of Mois's human appearance and innocent nature. Great friends with Momoka Nishizawa Both know the feeling of a hidden crush, and she quickly notices Momoka's love for Fuyuki Hinata. Natsumi has a notable crush on Saburo, (whom she refers to as Saburo-senpai), a senior at her school. Due to Saburo skipping his classes most of the time he's seen as someone suspicious by most people of his school. Close friends with Koyuki Azumaya. Koyuki took interest to her after smelling her "city scent". Both were impressed by each other's athletic skills. Natsumi mentors Koyuki about city life and the ways of Tokyo civilians and its culture since Koyuki lived much of her life away in a forested ninja village called Shinobimura. Natsumi doesn't notice that Koyuki actually has a strong romantic interest in her. Natsumi's childhood best friends are Yayoi Shimotsuki and Satsuki Shiwasu. Satsuki has a crush on Natsumi, even being jealous when Saburo approaches her. Yayoi is the more feminine and calmer friend of their friend group and only sees Natsumi as a friend. At one point Natsumi was kidnapped by underlings of the young Meronian Prince, Meru, of the Meronian alien race, because was chosen to become Meru's bride. She strongly rejects him but when she sees he is lost from his homeworld like she was when she was lost for a brief time as a child, she softened and became more like a caring mother figure for his brief time on Earth until he found his way home. Background=She was initially a crybaby when she was younger, but became stronger as she grew up. One day her and Fuyuki found Keroro in his bedroom and that led to them thwarting his first invasion attempt of Earth. Now Keroro and Fuyuki are friends and Keroro, along with his Keroro Platoon, all in the highly modified and high tech "basement" of the Hinata House with permission from their mother Aki. Likes=sweets,snacks,flowers,cute things, Saburo-senpai Other=Although generally tomboyish for her athleticism, Natsumi has a number of typical "teenage girl" insecurities, especially around her crush, Saburo. She is an avid listener to 623's radio show. Often is the "voice of reason" to maintain order around the Hinata House--although with the circus the house has become with the help from its alien guests, she usually has to resort to beating up on the platoon to set them straight. She can activate a Powered Suit that will protect her from harm. When activated from her neck collar in times of danger, red, white, grey and blue armor pieces will materialize and attach themselves to her body over her arms, legs, body, shoulders, and the base of her twin tails. The transformation into Power Suit Mode will de-materialize her own coats, skirts, and outer pants.)
