The house belongs to Aki Hinata, a manga editor, and her two children, Fuyuki Hinata and Natsumi Hinata, who are attending school. The Keroro Platoon have made the basement into a high tech secret base and live there. She often does chores around the house to repay the Hinata Family's kindness. She meets and helps her uncle Keroro with his invasion and fighting off other invaders from space, even other Angols. The Angol Tribe are a race of aliens from a higher dimension that are tasked with judging the sins of all other lifeforms and destroying planets deemed too sinful to balance the universe. Not one Angol can ever truly die since they will just be reborn somewhere else among their family as a new reincarnation. Remembers happy times with her father, the King Of Terror. Admires and wants to be like her mother, Angol Tia. Admires her cousin, Angol Fear, like an older sister. Saw a brave girl named Asami fighting off a huge group of men all by herself for her friend. Following her father's advice, Mois transformed from her Angol Form and made her new Pekoponian (Human) Form look like Asami. After Mois's initial hurdles of looking the same and getting closer with Asami, they became close friends and Mois would often tutor her or even offer to destroy the planet for her to ease her growing pains. Weapon/Tool=Green cellphone that can transform into the Lucifer Spear Lucifer Spear=golden staff,crescent moon on top end,round full moon on bottom end, Other=Any transformation of Mois keeps her body form the same size and never tears her clothing, only magically replaces it with a new set. Can use the Lucifer to bludgeon the Earth, creating earthquakes and fissures. If she hits with the Lucifer Spear enough, the Earth will shatter. Easily destroy celestial bodies. When seeing someone she loves hurt she transforms into her true Angol Form to fight by first transforming her cellphone into the Lucifer Spear to arm herself with and fully transform her appearance in a glow of light. Then she uses her attack "Ultimate Esoteric Technique! Hellmageddon 1/1,000,000!" and hits the target with her spear, causing everything nearby to be caught in a blast. She can use her powers to "judge" and specify the exact number of sins someone has and what they can do to lower their "score". She needs to sleep 16 hours a day to maintain her physical form, and more if she overexerts her powers. She calls Humans as Pekoponians. She calls Earth as Pekopon. High durability and can survive in space easily. Often runs errands or does chores for her uncle Keroro to help him focus on his invasion plans, but he always plays games or builds his Gunpla. If an eye is drawn on her forehead in her Human Form she becomes weak for a bit until the eye emits a light that envelops her and fades away to reveal that she has entered her Angol Form. She can't move her body and finds the eye emit another light to transform her into her Judgement Day form.) For the holidays she visits her homeland, the Planet Angol. One of her dreams is to open a museum over a fault line of the Earth (Pekopon). When she is in front of a karaoke mic she can't resist the urge to sing karaoke.
