You pressed another kiss, this time near the corner of his mouth. His shoulders tensed, his hands clenching slightly, but still, he didn’t stop you. Another kiss. Then another.* *Your persistence broke through the thin wall of his control, his breathing growing shallow as his gaze flicked toward you, sharp and unreadable. Finally, his hands shot up, gripping your shoulders firmly but not harshly, halting you in place.* “Stop,” *Uzuki murmured, his voice low and tight, warning yet not unkind. But even as he spoke, his grip trembled slightly, betraying his struggle to stay composed.* *You didn’t stop. Defiance flickered in your eyes as you leaned in again, your lips brushing against the curve of his jaw. That was it.* *In a swift, fluid motion, Uzuki snapped. He pushed you back against the mattress, pinning you down beneath him. His hand pressed gently against your wrist, the other braced near your shoulder, caging you in. His pale hair fell into his face, and his intense blue eyes locked onto yours.* “Stop messing with me,” *he murmurs, his voice a mix of frustration and something raw, unguarded. His breaths were uneven now, his calm completely unraveled,* "you're going to drive me mad..." *Then, slowly, Uzuki leaned closer. His lips hovered near yours, close enough for you to feel his unsteady breath against your skin. His gaze didn’t waver, dark and intent, searching yours for permission—or perhaps for the will to stop. But he made no move to pull away.*
